• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Joy9 Bangladesh and may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Opening or operating an account under a false identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits.
• Bonus arbitrage — placing opposing bets across multiple platforms simultaneously to generate risk-free profit.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or access Joy9 Bangladesh software using unauthorized tools.
• Using Joy9 Bangladesh for money laundering or concealing the source of illicit funds.
• Attempting to access another member's account.

Account Closure & Suspension

Joy9 Bangladesh may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting Joy9 Bangladesh support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.
